Welcome to The Concierge CPA! By purchasing our coaching services, ebooks, and other products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

### 1. Introduction
JPM Consulting LLC, dba Jackie Meyer, The Concierge CPA ("Company", "we", "us", "our") offers coaching services, e-books, and other related products ("Services", "Products"). By purchasing any of our Services or Products, you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Agreement ("Agreement").

### 2. Services and Products
- **Coaching Services:** One-on-one or group coaching sessions covering various aspects of personal and professional development.
- **E-books:** Digital books authored by The Concierge CPA, covering topics related to business, finance, personal growth, and more.
- **Other Products:** Any other digital or physical products offered by The Concierge CPA.

### 3. Payment
All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, cancellations or returns will be provided once payment is completed.  Any deliverables will be downloadable materials. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

### 4. Intellectual Property and Copyright
- All content provided by The Concierge CPA, including but not limited to coaching materials, ebooks, videos, articles, and other educational resources, is the intellectual property of The Concierge CPA.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material without our prior written consent.
- Unauthorized use of any material may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

### 5. Use of Services and Products
- You agree to use our Services and Products for personal, non-commercial use only.
- You must not misuse our Services and Products in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services and Products or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Services and Products.

### 6. Limitation of Liability
- The Concierge CPA makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the results you will achieve from our Services and Products.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Concierge CPA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services and Products.

- Any personal information shared with The Concierge CPA during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Concierge CPA operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The Concierge CPA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or through other communication channels. Your continued use of our Services and Products after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
